Vintage General Motors Ad from 1958

With the recent auto industry bailouts and so forth; regardless of what your thoughts on that whole debacle are, it just seems like a good time to take a look back at some of the class and elegance that used to be General Motors back in the day. Man Alive! Talk about curves and lines, and what a snazzy jingle as well. This vintage commercial is from 1958 and it seems to have been part of the GM 50 year anniversary promotion. Enjoy.
